The work that I do requires me to be continually learning and keeping myself updated on new methods in AI and for me that is a massive bonus.

The graduate program is well-led, established and supported with opportunities to learn and grow in a safe environment.  It’s structured around the graduates and our needs with transitioning sessions, and one-on-one meetings with our line managers, HR, mentors and with each other.

We are given a lot of flexibility in our Graduate Program to shape our experience and take on rotations that are interesting to us.

The Army sets you up to achieve beyond your expectations. As an engineer in the military I’ve been employed in ways I never thought I would.

The Stepping Into Internship program helped me gain valuable skills to start my accounting career. I felt so lucky and loved.
