The opportunity to work on large projects with experts from different fields to deliver a project that serves the community. It is fascinating to follow these projects from their inception, overcome any challenges that arise, and witness their progress.

A high effort grade is more important than an A+.

Anything from international negotiations, running seminars, inputting into policy, writing briefings, creating databases and analytical tools, being part of committees and consultation meetings – it’s all so diverse and this is the part of my job I love the most.

The easiest path may not always be the most exciting. If you’re fortunate enough to have free electives, make them count!

The best thing about my job is being able to turn insights into execution with real results.

The construction industry was out of my comfort zone when I first started (and a little now, I’m still learning) so most of the experiences I have had here are a first for me!

The coolest thing about my job is working in an inclusive and collaborative environment. Everyone shares the same vision and there is always professional growth.
