Picking up a phone call in between tasks can be tough, but I do my best to help as many people as possible. I like helping people.

First chatting with the Worker on how they feel they’ve progressed over the month, then speaking with the Nominated Treating Doctor and providing an update from Physiotherapy. Upgrade achieved!

Josephine Tucker studied Bachelor of Science, Major in Human Biology, Specialisation in Biomedical Science and Minor in Biological Anthropology and is now a Departmental Officer at the Department of Health.

These monthly team meetings have been immense in my development as a rehabilitation consultant. It always made me feel reassured and that I was not alone.
