Nous largely looks at your ability to think in a structured way, draw out key findings from data (qualitative and quantitative), and communicate insights in a clear and compelling way for clients (usually through PowerPoint or Word).

I am a travel consultant and my responsibilities include organising and managing holidays for my clients and ensuring the store runs smoothly on a day to day basis.

Although it’s called a ‘grad program’, I believe you’re really being given the opportunity to have four different roles, all of which require different skills and knowledge.

My passion lies with leadership and mentoring initiatives for young women and students from disadvantaged backgrounds; PwC has provided me with the opportunity to pursue this passion.
