My passion lies with leadership and mentoring initiatives for young women and students from disadvantaged backgrounds; PwC has provided me with the opportunity to pursue this passion. 

With our flat structure, graduates work directly with our directors and partners to deliver client work, giving us the perfect opportunity to learn from the best of the best.
