When I succeed in doing a job on my own, I realise that I am capable of doing an IT job and that I am on the right career path.

I learned that when you do focus on your career, you will able to get somewhere. If you lose confidence, we can’t do anything.

I think a vast array of people can do project management. I think what you need to thrive in it is communication and people skills. Those are the most important. Having other administration skills and computer skills is helpful. The technical skills you can always learn, but having the right attitude and soft skills is really important.

I chose to apply for the graduate program because I knew that working at Ericsson would be a dynamic, yet challenging experience.

I really liked working with network essentials, where we had to log credentials and find out information about the company. Every day we would earn a badge if we attended the sessions.

Good grades do not necessarily equate to good subject knowledge; of the two, make sure you have the latter (because that’s what employers care about!)

My favourite part of the job if most definitely being about to connect with our clients on a daily basis, which are predominately farmers and being able to see how we are contributing to meet their business needs and helping them achieve their goals.
