As lead developer and technical manager, I shoulder a great deal of accountability for the success of my own development team, plus the success of teams that I provide guidance to.

Being a Business Analyst relies on strong organisational and communication skills in order to organise and communicate software requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Personally, I’m looking forward to volunteering and creating awareness about digital skills, especially because I want to see more women in technology.

I love that moment when you’ve been spending ages on some code, then you hit run and everything loads and looks the way you want it to.

As long as you’re passionate about technology and finding out how things work, you’re able to do it.

I love the challenge of wrestling with the code to get it to do what I want, as it almost feels like a game to me.
