With an interest in business but no prior experience, the ability to rotate across different areas of Australia Post as a business generalist grad really appealed to me.

In my first week at Post, I was lucky enough to be part of the launch of our new recognition program Thank you. This allowed me to be directly involved in running activities throughout the week to support employee wellbeing.

The coolest part of my job is the exposure I get to different departments, which has given me a wider perspective on the business. Particularly, I love working on analytics projects the most!

The best aspects of my role are having the opportunity to grow my professional network and the self-accomplishment of making a difference.

I feel my job has no limitations, working for such a large company offers every chance to succeed and develop.

The coolest thing about my job would have to be getting hands on with the product itself.
