I've always been a part of a supportive team, full of great people willing to share their knowledge and experience, while also not being afraid to question the status quo.

Some of the most important skills are being able to get on with people, a hunger to learn and being open to new experiences.

Be open to new ideas, new opportunities, and don’t stress about specialising in a niche area of law too soon.

Some solutions I have heard have been quite innovative which firstly helps the project and secondly helps me to grow my knowledge and problem-solving skills.

It is also cool how in a few years I still get the ability to be able to look back at the work I was part of and see how this helps the community. Moments like this give me a sense of reward and that all the hard work was worth it.
