I love working for a company that has a focus on its people. There is a lot of consideration for the health, wellbeing, and inclusion of employees which makes working here great

It is also cool how in a few years I still get the ability to be able to look back at the work I was part of and see how this helps the community. Moments like this give me a sense of reward and that all the hard work was worth it.

My favorite part of my job is using my creativity to design visually appealing applications, using data we have created or that has been supplied to us.

I enjoy being in the office, but sometimes, when life gets in the way, there's the flexibility of working from home. So that has helped a lot, especially being a Pacific person who constantly juggles many things, such as caring for my parents or having even to do school pickups.

The Programme was filled to the brim with courses, events and other opportunities for learning. Knowing that I had backing and help from my supervisors and team members meant that I felt more confident to push myself and try new tasks.

I found that the transport company I was working at was very interesting because while I was researching and collecting data, there was some interesting data about how transport works and new ways to deal with transport in general.

The most exciting part is definitely having almost unlimited access to everything around the Airport, from critical power and communication centres around the Airport area, MIQ facilities, and also the taxiways and runways themselves.
