I have learned about the immense breadth and scale of KiwiRail and its contribution to New Zealand and how ‘small’ initiatives can have an extensive impact.

I think a vast array of people can do project management. I think what you need to thrive in it is communication and people skills. Those are the most important. Having other administration skills and computer skills is helpful. The technical skills you can always learn, but having the right attitude and soft skills is really important.

Working for a company like Findex means I have the opportunity to try new things, particularly my secondment in Wealth, which allows me to continue to develop my skills. 

My graduate year at the DTA was beyond what I had expected.

I am an Executive Assistant and Business Analyst to the MD & VP of AGCO Australia Ltd. My key responsibilities are within Senior management and Financial analysis and an Executive Assistant and Business Analyst at AGCO

For someone with a different background, I think that being good at learning new skills and being able to take in technology-based concepts are good characteristics to have.
