There is a relatively steep learning curve for beginners, but if you put the effort in, it becomes very rewarding to learn the functions and process within the insurance industry.

In terms of my day-to-day work, I love learning how to spot the trends, risks or concerns within a set of financial statements and being able to present that to a reviewer and/or the client.

This job is rewarding as I can actually see the impact of my work, like when I’ve helped our brands show up brilliantly alongside famous artists at sold-out arenas. It also doesn’t hurt that I get to attend some amazing events!

Learn the fundamentals and accept that you just need to keep learning forever, you will find the process quite pleasant.

The thing I love most about ATO is that the work we do has real-world implications and impact on the community. I had the opportunity to speak to the employees and hear their stories firsthand and achieve meaningful results for them.
