I generally work in a team, working with more senior lawyers in the group. But I also am very well supported and supervised to take on more responsibility on smaller matters.

At university you’re surrounded by many opportunities and influential, intellectual people to learn from. Use these resources and gain as much experience as you can.

As a protégé developer, there is a lot of responsibility to be self-organised and make sure you’re making the most out of the opportunity.

Everyone I have worked with throughout my time has been so warm, welcoming and will always offer their help when you need it. I find that this has made my experience as a Graduate that much more enjoyable.
