Seeing in real life the equipment I learnt about at university such as pumps and compressors also really help to develop my understanding of how they work and what can go wrong with them.

Daily work is quite varied – clients can range from large self-insurers to overseas insurance start-ups to local listed insurers.

I love that I have been given the opportunity to work on Australia’s largest infrastructure projects. I never thought that something like this was possible.

My favourite thing about my job is the people I work with at Lander & Rogers. Since joining, the people I've met have been incredibly supportive in my learning and have exposed me to a broad range of mentally stimulating and factually interesting tasks.

As a consultant, you are regularly joining new working environments so being flexible, a good communicator and having the ability to build strong working relationships quickly is a must.

The company is very supportive of internal movement and it has been great for my learning to have spent time in the eCommerce, Foodservice and Marketing teams.
