The workplace culture is one of my favourite things about the company, everyone is friendly and very helpful.

Working in the Life Sciences division of Ixom my role primarily sources raw materials to be used in the manufacture of food and nutritional products.

The ability to communicate technical concepts and details with people who may not have the same background or knowledge of the things that I consider important is by far the most important skill I have in my current role.

As a Systems Engineer, my job is to look at our products from a high level and understand how they work together and interact as a system.

Being part of a global organisation means that we get to contribute to some of the most inspiring – and challenging – projects.
