Apart from the technical work, I am also working on developing the Power Platform Community at Woodside Energy by organising and promoting training for anyone interested in improving their productivity. 

I got to perceive the economy in a much more grounded way compared to the sanitised abstractions of the classroom.

As a clerk, paralegal and then graduate entering the legal market, I was excited to get into work at HSF and frustrated at the many stumbling blocks that would pop up along the way.

Get involved, and not just in academic-related activities. This is not for the sake of slapping things on your CV, but because finding out what you are passionate about and want to do with your life requires exposure to different experiences and, most importantly, different people.

Learning about and truly understanding a client’s business makes you more than just their lawyer – you become their trusted advisor.

Working in the Life Sciences division of Ixom my role primarily sources raw materials to be used in the manufacture of food and nutritional products.
