The coolest thing about my job is that I am able to do an overseas secondment, which involves working for a different office in a different country. This allows me to travel a bit while working in a new environment.

Anubhuti Gupta Postgraduate by coursework(Electrical Engineering)) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in 2021 and is now a Graduate Engineer at Arcadis.

I chose Risk Assurance as I wanted a role in a company that I knew would be on top of current trends and challenges in technology and in the work they do.

The most satisfying part of my job and the industry is seeing my work come to life – whether that is a new product launch, an in-store marketing execution or a branded TVC on air.

We are given a lot of flexibility in our Graduate Program to shape our experience and take on rotations that are interesting to us.

The Army sets you up to achieve beyond your expectations. As an engineer in the military I’ve been employed in ways I never thought I would.

My favourite aspect of my current job is weight and balance. Previously, I have only worked on small planes in regards to this, so to try out my skills on an aircraft ten times bigger? Bring it on!

As a permanent employee of Nova, we also have lots of social events to promote a healthy work-life balance and enable networking with people from other business areas at Nova.
