For me the coolest thing about my job is being able to bring my ideas to life. We are given so much ownership from day one and if you have a great idea the business will support you 100% in making it happen.

Don’t judge your success and happiness against the achievements of others. You don’t know what they are dealing with or going through so, although they may appear to be successful and happy, the opposite may be true. You do you.

Hearing from other interns has made me realise the breadth of opportunities available, as my experiences have been completely different to that of my peers — giving me an indication of the experiences available within this graduate program.

Do not be afraid to push yourself outside your comfort zone and embrace any opportunities that come your way.

Having a simple, eye-catching and well put together CV goes along way.
