Founded by Reed Hastings and Marc Randolph in 1997, Netflix began as an internet-driven subscription service and mailed DVDs to subscribers upon demand. It offered unrestricted access to DVD rentals with its users free to return the rentals anytime they desired.

After graduate and intern hopefuls complete all recruitment processes, hired candidates are contacted by the hiring manager. They can then discuss the details of their roles and when they're expected to resume.
