As a Rothbury Graduate, you are a permanent employee from your first day. Our Graduate Programme runs for one year. Over the year you will rotate through four key business areas across our Broking and Corporate Services teams.
At the end of the programme, you will present a Group project to the executive team and then explore the best career opportunity to take your career forward.
The key purpose of our Graduate Programme is to provide you with invaluable working experience that will help set you up for your working career. You will be given continuous guidance, training, experience and exposure to the business along the way.
We are looking for graduates who are ready to take their first step into their career outside of University. You will have recently completed your bachelor’s degree in your chosen field and be motivated to embrace a range of learning opportunities and styles in a Graduate position.
