I joined William Buck in January 2017. It was a great opportunity for me to be part of the Graduate Program. Through the William Buck Graduate College in Australia, I got to know the other graduates across Australia and NZ. Over three days, we worked together to complete tasks and solve questions and problems, and this has enhanced my teamwork and my confidence in talking to people that I don’t know.
I enjoy the working culture at William Buck. The firm and the directors are very supportive and provide me with a lot of opportunities and space to learn and grow. I am now a Manager at William Buck and I have gained professional skills and built stronger capabilities in my career path.
