The construction industry was out of my comfort zone when I first started (and a little now, I’m still learning) so most of the experiences I have had here are a first for me!

I design how a customer can connect to the grid and for example if that customer’s dream was to always open their own bakery, I can help to achieve that person’s dream.

I am responsible for researching technological improvements to the Bayer Process to help the company grow and sustain our current practices locally and globally.

Alcoa aligned with my values and provided a structured graduate program with plenty of opportunities for professional development.

In my role as an analyst, I spend most of my time doing the maths. This includes processing and manipulating data and updating and building models.

I love the process of starting with lots of disparate, muddy information about a situation and synthesising until I have an insight that brings the situation into focus.

I love going out into the field and watching a design I created to be executed to plan and hopefully look similar to how it did on the computer.
