Don’t be afraid to go for roles you wouldn’t typically go for – you won’t know if you enjoy something until you try it, and where you end up can be very different than what you originally planned.

My current area of work, Review and Dispute Resolution (‘RDR’) engages early with clients to try to resolve disputes without the need for costly litigation.

When the work requires specific subject matter experts and will take a certain amount of time, a project manager is needed to ensure the project runs smoothly and delivers the expected outcome/s.

Beth Kynaston – Graduate Graduate in Plant Biosecurity Studied at the Deakin University and the University of Newcastle, completed a Bachelor of Zoology and Animal Science and a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Sustainability in 2019.

My area of responsibility is to manage the insurance claims that our clients have when unfortunate, but insurable incidents occur for our clients.

The most rewarding aspect of my role is being able to assist people in securing employment in a field that they are passionate about, and growing in that role.
