Adam Pauling studied Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mathematics at the University of Canterbury and is now a Junior Analyst Developer at FNZ.

I’ve recently completed training for the AZ-400 course and have been using my time in the afternoon to complete practice quizzes and Udemy tutorials – a great opportunity for development while being at work!

I continue to work on assigned projects... I will check in with the team about the progress of the pack and see if there is anything to be added to improve the messaging.

What I LOVE about my days in the Tauranga Tax team is... The fact that I can make a positive impact personally and enable others to do the same in fuelling New Zealand’s Prosperity for all New Zealanders.

We cover off the themes in the market, what’s causing moves and any upcoming announcements that we need to keep an eye on. It’s super important that we have an understanding of this because it could impact our day.

The morning is usually when our internal meeting will take place, particularly discussing packs and pieces of analysis that have been completed the day before.

Caroline McElroy studied Bachelor of Science (Genetics) and Bachelor of Commerce (Information Science) and a Graduate – Experience Hub at Westpac New Zealand.

Charlotte Best studied a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) at Victoria University of Wellington and is now an Analyst at Deloitte New Zealand.
