I finish off my last lot of emails, checking I have completed my high-priority tasks. I’m done for the day and log off. I head up to another floor where some of the grads are gathering to have an after-work drink. We catch up in the kitchen and chat about everyone’s day.

Time to get settled into whatever work is my top priority for the day. Sitting in a ‘pod’ with my team means that we have constant support around us, which is ideal for collaborating and asking questions when needed.

We have regular work group meetings to get updates on deal progress or meetings about achieving specific milestones in deals.

Sulin Phee studied Bachelors of Engineering (honours) specialising in Engineering Science at the University of Auckland and is now a Analyst at FNZ.

Tammy Muthumala studied Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Commerce majoring in management and is a Risk Graduate at Westpac NZ.
