I love teaching and providing opportunities to the next generation of Australia’s leaders and working with disengaged youth to reconnect them to learning and their community. 

It’s really cool knowing the software you’re building is on the cutting edge of technology.

I love all the big complex problems we get to grapple with on a daily basis - I feel like my brain is stretching and growing every day!

The work that I do requires me to be continually learning and keeping myself updated on new methods in AI and for me that is a massive bonus.

One of the current projects that I am working on is an analysis of the effectiveness and value of Loyalty rewards offers that Mastercard provides and comparing that to other rewards programs that are in the market.

The graduate program is well-led, established and supported with opportunities to learn and grow in a safe environment.  It’s structured around the graduates and our needs with transitioning sessions, and one-on-one meetings with our line managers, HR, mentors and with each other.

To be successful in technology, one must have the right balance of technical and soft skills.
