My responsibility is part of the graduation program in training and development to create and maintain servers for Essential Energy employees, contractors, and customers.

Brittany Bickford studied a Bachelor of Agricultural Science at Charles Stuart University in 2016 and is an agribusiness relationship assistant at Rural Bank.

I work in the OTS department of Essential Energy, helping keep the lights on for the majority of NSW and parts of Queensland.

It’s the end of the day! I wrap up whatever I am working on and tidy my desk so it is clean for the next day. I have a quick catch-up with my supervisor and team members before I am off to the train station, but somehow I manage a quick elevator selfie because why not?

Currently, I am a part of Organisational Development in Essential, my team develops and implements strategic initiatives that define the employee experience and anticipate the future needs of the workforce.

Rebecca Yates graduated with a Bachelor of Stage and Screen (Television Production) from Charles Sturt University in 2017, and is now a Presentation Assistant at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group.
