I love all the networking and training programs offered to analysts and associates. As a more junior employee, you feel supported and that the firm is investing in you.

The coolest thing about my job is the variety of work I do! Outside of building and evaluating portfolios, we also meet with clients, provide thought leadership through either publishing papers or hosting teaching sessions and even evaluate asset management competitions.

Every day is a genuinely new and interesting challenge, much more so than I’d ever anticipated. 

You can't just bolt anything to a plane.  As an Aerospace engineer, you need to ensure that what you design conforms to the relevant regulations and safety standards.

Chris Butson completed Bachelor of Engineering Honours (Chemical and Biomolecular) at the University of Sydney in 2020 and is now Graduate Process Engineer at Stantec.
