The graduate program is well-led, established and supported with opportunities to learn and grow in a safe environment.  It’s structured around the graduates and our needs with transitioning sessions, and one-on-one meetings with our line managers, HR, mentors and with each other.

The best part about my job would be the opportunity to experience different elements of the business through the rotations to see what you are really interested in or are particularly good at.

Within my role at Transdev, my daily duties consist of a variety of tasks and duties – ranging from the optimisation of networks, to assisting other departments in projects.
